Retirement Counseling Representative
Possible contract to Hire

Our client (a state agency) is cultivating a team that encourages excellence and provides opportunities for training, growth and development. Counseling Representatives receive extensive and ongoing training. Responsible for learning and mastering a thorough understanding of pension and benefits plans, services and policies and procedures.
This is an inbound call center position working Monday - Friday between hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. Hours may vary slightly.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: • Experience interacting with customers, either by phone, in person or written • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong computer skills • Ability to perform mathematical calculations • Analytical and reasoning skills • Experience with pension and benefit plans • Financial education • Human Resource or counseling experience • College graduate or relevant experience preferred
