Our benefits management client in Norwood, MA is seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to start in their Norwood, MA office ASAP.
Candidates should have an Associates or BA degree or some call center experience. High school degree okay, as long as they have good experience and tenure.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering telephone inquiries and scheduling consultations for Benefit Specialists.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Data entry
- This is a temporary to permanent position based on job performance and business need.
Minimum Qualifications
- Some college coursework done, Assoc or BA degree highly preferred. HS degree OK with some experience and tenure.
- Experience with some type of customer facing role a must - food service, retail, administrative, hospitality, etc. with good tenure.
- Call center experience okay- no more than 2-3 years.
- Must communicate professionally and articulate themselves well.
- Call center experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with customers in food service, retail, valets, hospitality, etc is great! Call center experience not required but helps.
- Attendance & punctuality is strictly enforced. Attendance during training is 100% mandatory - any time off will result in termination.
