Seeking a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician with 5+ years of experience with the installation, troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment. This Candidate should have an associated degree in Electronic Engineering Technology or 5-10 year equivalent experience. Any CNC equipment would be a plus. Must have experience with troubleshooting and repair of CNC PLC closed loop control systems. Any Aerospace and Defense experience a plus.

Job Description:

  • Troubleshoots/installs/calibrates/repairs complex industrial electronic controls, drives, amplifiers, servo feedback systems, CNC lathes, machining centers and other various machine tools and facilities equipment and controls used on industrial machining equipment.
  • Must have fundamental knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems and experience in the interrelationship of analog, digital and other control systems used in the manufacturing machining operations.
  • Candidate will perform preventive maintenance, as required, on production and associated machinery and equipment to ensure highest level of machine performance and reliability.
  • Candidate will analyze symptoms and measurements of malfunction, isolate problems, implement corrective actions to repair and restore equipment to full operation.
  • Willing to cross train, mentor and train others and be customer oriented.
  • Must understand and adhere to all safety rules and use of proper PPE
  • Preferred Associates degree in Electronic Engineering Technology or equivalent.
  • Abide by established policies, plans, methods, procedures, deadlines, and priorities.
  • This person must be dependable, professional, flexible, have a positive attitude and a solid work history.
  • Able to manage small projects and installations.
