Our client in the Beaverton, OR area, is looking for bilingual Customer Service Support reps who strive to meet the needs of and build relationships with their customers through mostly incoming contacts via phone, e-mail and other modes of communication.
Essentials:
-Assist with application processing
-Review applications to ensure all requirements have been met and processed within compliance guidelines
-Accurately process customer correspondence and requests including internal and external agents within compliance guidelines
-Accurately perform account maintenance
-Periodic customer contact
-Assist with gathering data to formulate reply for incoming correspondence:
-Inquire the reason for the correspondence (i.e., fraud, bankruptcy, CCCS, dispute, or account information)
-Complete update of account history and any required inquiry forms and associated paperwork for the transaction.
-Process consumer dispute verification
-Process bankruptcy verification
-Process Deceased verification
-Complete and turn in (daily) all tracking sheets from completed and uncompleted daily workflow
-Forward correspondence to appropriate departments
-Perform administrative tasks and other associated duties strictly conforming to rules and guidelines
-Take messages on request
-Assist with faxing/mailing letters from requests requiring return correspondence
Requirements:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Experience in a retail setting
-Demonstrated aptitude for customer service
-Proven ability to work self-directed, independently and as part of a team
-Attention to detail and efficiency
-Professional oral and written communication skills
-Intermediate knowledge of computer applications, including MS Office, database software and e-mail
