As an IT Field Support Analyst, you will maintain numerous deadlines for hardware refreshes across the company. This position has two main purposes. The first one is to provide onsite technical support to stores, including network connectivity, new store setup, leased hardware refreshes and reimaging, requiring 75% overnight travel. The second one is to provide timely, professional end user support to our stores by working remotely to identify and resolve Point of Sale system hardware problems, and perform remote reimaging and remote hardware refreshes. Job Duties Install hardware upgrades and exchanges as required by leased hardware refresh schedule and new store construction schedule. Inventory, track and document hardware movements. Provide professional and courteous phone support that will ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Work to minimize downtime resulting from hardware issues within the POS system.
