The Guest Service Team provides attentive and friendly guest service to visitors at Breckenridge Ski Resort.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the resolution of guest issues and assisting Team Lead in service recovery
• Assists in the training of employees to provide a high level of proactive guest service; coaches and mentors employees and enforces company policies including grooming and appearance, proper guest engagement, and other job performance aspects as applicable
• Responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and presentable work environment
• Promotes and ensures safety in the participation of all summer attractions and in completion of job duties
• Troubleshoots and ensures the proper functionality of scanning guns
• Assists in the daily operation, including opening and closing procedures, of Breckenridge Ski Resort
• Perform closing and auditing procedures for GoPod Lockers
• Trouble shoot lockers and kiosks
• Organize lost and found, enter it into database, reconnect people with lost items

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of Guest Service Experience
• At least 1 years of Leadership Experience
• Basic construction knowledge and able to use hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) as well as manual excavation tools (shovel, pick, etc.)
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to quickly learn new computer programs
• Effective communication skills with both guests and staff
• Team player and leader
• Ability and willingness to perform demanding physical labor
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift at least 55lbs
