The Director of Human Resources Branding will manage the brand identity and collateral development for Hilton Worldwide Human Resources to ensure global consistency, effective budget allocation, completion of marketing goals, as well as cost and time efficiency for HR partners.

What will I be doing?


The Director of Human Resources Branding will be responsible for Team Member brand campaigns and the expansion of the Team Member Value Proposition into our Hilton Worldwide company culture. The Team Member will oversee and evaluate HR Branding and Marketing processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the department.


 


Other key priorities are listed below:

  • Implement plans for identified opportunities and direct accordingly

  • Develop the appropriate HR Branding and Marketing objectives for the business and direct the methodologies by which those objectives will be accomplished

  • Implement direction given by the executive management

  • Develop execution plans to implement long term goals for the department that become the basis for short term goals and the annual operational planning

  • Identify and oversee resources and activities and confer as appropriate with key stakeholders and departments

  • Mange HR identity and graphics resources, as well as templates to support HR Team Member collateral and communications

  • Ensure Team Member related collateral and communications are updated and consistent with HR and Hilton Worldwide brand guidelines

  • Direct the grouping of assignments and tasks, while ensuring optimal allocation of resources

  • Own and manage the HR portal identity and content

  • Partner with Global Communications to oversee the development and administration of graphics and identity for Team Member campaigns

  • Execute directives of the organization's mission, goals and objectives and demonstrate through ongoing and direct motivation, communication, group dynamic and leadership

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations or Communications

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in Marketing, Public Relations and Communications in a corporate environment

  • A minimum of two (2) years of management or supervisory experience

  • Excellent Microsoft office skills

  • Ability to travel as required

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • MA/MS Master's Degree

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of Hospitality and/or Marketing industry experience

  • HR Marketing and Branding experience advantageous

  • Proficient in various computer applications (IBM/Macintosh) and programs including Quark, Illustrator and Photoshop, Flash, database, programming proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new programs and train staff
