As a Skill Builder Instructor with Pennsylvania MENTOR you’ll be one of those special people.

Pennsylvania Mentor is seeking a Skill Builder Instructor to facilitate training programs at our offices located in Montgomery and Bucks counties for current and future BHRS contractors. The Skill Builder Instructor will be required to design and create training aids, such as manuals, handouts, course exercises and visual aids.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Human Services or Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or Education will be considered if applicant has 5 years’ experience in the human service’s field along with experience facilitating trainings.
  • At least three years’ experience working with children and families
  • Experience providing training and education
  • Knowledge of technological options for conducting online trainings
  • At least one year experience in BHRS.
  • Travel will be required between Northeast Philadelphia, Broomall and Lansdale offices.
  • Ability to develop trainings from the ground up.
  • Experience working with a BHRS Program
