Assembler - Full-time / Part-time

Client services the air conditioning (HVAC) industry by providing a protective coating product that is a water based paint that is spray applied on the coils of HVAC units to prevent corrosion.

 Must be able to use basic hand tools such as drills/drivers, wrenches, screw drivers.
(No operation of any presses, saws, or other machinery.)
 Opening crates and packaging on Air Conditioning units, coils, or other HVAC parts and accessories.
 Dismantling the exterior panels and disassembling various parts within each Air Conditioning unit and labeling units as required to facilitate work.
 May lift coils/panels by hand or pallet jacket and convey to one of various different work areas on warehouse floor as needed. (Luvata Forklift operators will move any heavy units/coils)

 Must closely follow work instructions listed on work orders and write information on each work order - such as total time to complete a step, amount of tape used to mask the unit, etc.
 Must follow quality procedures and safety protocols at all times.
 Must be able to work as a team with other employees, and production supervisor, in order to process units/coils on time and with the highest quality. (5 day total turnaround time on each unit moving through Production Phase.)
 Must stay organized and keep work area clean.
 Must wear required protective gear at all times.
 Must conduct themselves in a professional manner
 Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb a ladder (no higher than 4 ft.) This assignment requires being on your feet most of the time.
 Must be able to frequently lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with another person

Will be disassembling units and masking off in preparation of coating application.
