About this job
Aerotek is looking for warehouse supervisor on the night shift. The position is Sunday night-Saturday morning with one day off during the week. They will be on a shift with 2 other supervisors overseeing 30-40 employees. The breakdown the employees are 10 support staff and the rest are selectors.
The supervisor is responsible for reporting and tracking productivity cost per case, production per hour, decreasing downtime, and daily discipline.
Typical day is get in at 6pm check emails, have supervisor meeting then employee meeting for each day. The majority of the job is spent on the floor coaching and managing the selectors.
