Responsibilities of the Seasonal Retail Sales Associate include but are not limited to:

• Primarily responsible for greeting & engaging each and every customer, presenting & demonstration of products, and selling to customers while providing outstanding customer service so as to maximize sales and increase customer loyalty
• Maintain a friendly and inviting, customer-first atmosphere
• Achieves personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team
• Performs all other tasks and duties assigned by the Store Manager to support the needs of the business

Requirements of the Seasonal Retail Sales Associate include:

• A high school diploma or GED
• A background in retail or customer service
• Must have a passion for people, and a strong understanding and passion for IDNA Brands’ products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
