Responsibilities of the Seasonal Retail Store Manager include but are not limited to:
- Maintain a friendly and inviting, customer-first atmosphere
- Meet sales goals, merchandising, operations, staffing, supervision, training and development, inventory management, loss prevention, and ensuring adherence to company set guidelines and policies
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train all holiday store Sales Associates alongside your Retail Area Manager, as well as ongoing coaching and guidance of all Sales Associates
- Implement and embody IDNA’s retail selling strategies and guidelines
- A high school diploma or GED
- A strong background in retail management or customer service management
- A flexible schedule and ability to work 45-50 hours per week from October through December. Retail Store Managers may need to visit the holiday store on short notice and at off-hours, including nights and weekends.
