Production Associate

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Production Associate.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Responsibilities: 1. Receive and inspect customer returns per process 2. Timestamp return and monitor disposition to ensure a turnaround time of to customer agreed upon timeframe 3. Communicate with customer at a technical level both written and verbal 4. Manage transactions through ERP systems and or other web based systems 5. Troubleshoot, Test, Assemble and Disassemble customer products as required on the path to diagnosing and repairing product 6. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required. 7. Operate within standard operating procedures as defined in the business's production manuals. 8. Other duties as assigned. 9. Maintain RMA inventory 10. Coordinate shipments of RMA stock 11. Flexibility to work on special returns 12. Coordinate labor requirements with RMA Supervisor 13. Maintain KPI's Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand or sit for extended periods of times; use hands and fingers, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
