Job Description:

Production assemblers will be working with their hands and utilizing power tools, such as drills, to assemble seats or doors, depending on which department candidate will be assigned to. Seats Department: Very physically demanding and repetitive. This department requires significant amount of standing on feet while utilizing upper body movement including pushing and pulling up to 35lbs on repetitive basis throughout duration of 12 hour shift. Assemblers will stand on a production line where seats will move down a conveyor belt. They will be responsible for adding various parts and materials to the frame of the seat for final seat assembly. Door Department: Less physically demanding than the seats area, assemblers are responsible for working with power tools to assemble parts on to the door. Less repetitive than the seats department, but a significant amount of standing and power tool usage. Lifting/pushing/pulling weight of up to 35lbs.

Work Environment:

Climate cooled production environment. Working in an assembly line area with confined spaces, assemblers must be mindful of safety and ergonomics. All contractors will be assigned a mentor that will be there through the life of their assignment. The mentor will show them around the facility and be a point of contact should contractor need anything or have any facility/work related inquiries.

Qualifications:

Must Haves: High school diploma or equivalent. If no high school diploma or equivalent, candidate would have to pass work keys assessment through Work One in Princeton. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, ability to work overtime when needed. Preferred: Previous manufacturing/assembly experience, solid work history.

Starting Pay:

$11/hour on day shift plus overtime

$11.50/hour on night shift plus overtime
