LIIS NEW BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE
Provides member service and fulfillment through various channels (e.g. phone, email, fax) for area of expertise). Uses established procedures and job experience to carry out moderately complex work assignments. Works under general supervision. Work Environment: back office processing supporting csr line. Qualifications: Technical Requirements:
Supplier resources will possess the following skills / experience / background:
* High school diploma (or equivalent).
* 2 years relevant customer contact experience OR successful completion of military service OR college equivalency.
* Financial Services(Life insurance, Investment, Banking) experience
* Experienced in MS Office Suite of tools.
* Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
* Ability to work scheduled hours 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Friday / Saturday as needed.
* Ability to work overtime as needed.
Tasks: The following job duties may be provided by Supplier's assigned personnel in the performance of Services described under this SOW.
* Submits and issues life insurance products and/or reviews and processes investment products and services.
* Acquires and applies intermediate product acquisition and/or member service techniques.
* Collaborates with team members to resolve issues and to identify appropriate issues for escalation.
