Tech assistant job description:
Worker will be responsible for removal and installation of electronic components, assembly of electronics and installation of mechanical parts primarily dealing with automotive audio and navigation systems. Other responsibilities include data entry of work completed and data confirmation of unit information. They will be working directly with a technician and will need to follow specific instructions laid out by them.
1. Electronics Soldering experience - 1-2 years
2. Able to decode item color codes
3. Work in small groups and follow direction from group leader
4. Basic typing and PC skills
5. Detail oriented
6. Ability to switch between job duties.
7. Mechanically inclined is a plus.
8. 20 lbs. lifting max
9. Sitting 6 + hours a day
Temp to hire. $11/hour during temporary status. Pay rate when hired is based off performance and experience.
