Aerotek is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives in the Greater Kansas City area. (Lee's Summit)
Customer Service Reps will be responsible for making outbound calls for a large/reputable medical company. You will be working in their insurance services group, representing different insurance companies. Daily calls will be out to life insurance applicants to inquire about their past medical history.
Target pay rate is $11.09/hr.
The full-time opportunity schedule is Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday from 11am-8pm (Full time)
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of customer service exp.
- Call center exp. preferred
- Must type minimum of 25 wpm
- Comfortable with making outbound calls and being on the phone all day
