We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR1) for training class starting on 08/17/2015.

Training hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday for 8 weeks (Must be available to attend entire paid training class).

Current schedules being offered for the Customer Service Representative position will fall between the business unit's hours of operation which are 6:00am to 12:00am daily.

** Some schedules may be eligible for a shift differential of 15% under the terms of the shift differential policy.

Salary Range - $12.60/hr. - $13.35/hr.

The CSRs performance will not include the sales component, therefore no incentive is available for these positions.

Successful Customer Service Representatives will engage Wells Fargo's customers by phone and focus on delivering WOW customer service. CSRs will spend 100% of their time on the phone answering questions for Wells Fargo Customers. They achieve 100% of their service goals and consistently strive to meet all compliance, regulations and identification guidelines.

High performers also demonstrate solid knowledge of the financial products and services offered by Wells Fargo to satisfy our customer's financial needs.

We provide our CSRs with continuous coaching and development which not only enhances their ability to provide exemplary service and product solutions to our customers, but also enhances the CSRs career growth. Our successful CSRs demonstrate self-motivation, a positive attitude, have the ability to work well on a team and have a solid work history. They also demonstrate strong listening, written and verbal communication skills. They are receptive to coaching and feedback, have the desire to meet/exceed goals and solve problems while working in a fast paced environment.

Our CSRs play a critical role in our customer's lives, therefore predictable and reliable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.

1+ years experience interacting with people or customers and 6+ months experience using a computer as demonstrated through work, military, or education experience. Demonstrated ability to listen and elicit information effectively. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications skills. Experienced PC skills including ability to troubleshoot common problems and navigate the internet/intranet. 6+ months current Wells Fargo Consumer Service Phone Banker experience. Broad knowledge of Wells Fargo financial products and services. **Internals that are current Phone Bankers or Inbound Sales Specialists will not have to attend training.
