Evening Maintenance Technician

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
Maintains building, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities
Inspects facilities and equipment for conformance with operational standards
Conducts maintenance activities on systems to provide continuous supply of heat, steam, electric power, gas, or air required for operations
Reviews job orders to determine work priorities. Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous operations and guest satisfaction
Completes preventive maintenance program items in coordination with maintenance team
Completes safety and security inspections during nightly rounds on property
Cleans the garage
Performs pool and spa maintenance
Other duties as assigned Qualifications:
Previous experience is an asset
Highly responsible and reliable
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
Ability to work 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
Constant standing and walking throughout shift
Regular lifting and/or moving of 75 lbs, frequent lifting and/or of 100 lbs and occasional lifting and/or moving of greater than 100 lbs
Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in the US.
