For MA MENTOR, an In Home Therapy Clinician is critical to our success and exemplifies the wonderful mission driven work we do here every day. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of purpose to be part of a clinical team serving families in their homes. The In Home Therapy Clinician role is a fantastic role to continue your career path in Social and Human Services with a myriad of career options to move up and across the organization. This position will serve families living in Worcester and the Central MA region.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide individual and family therapy.
  • Understand and implement the evidence-based Family Centered Treatment © model.
  • Provide professional-level services based on effective assessment of clients’ needs.
  • Participate in weekly individual and team supervision.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with personnel from referring/collateral agencies.
  • Work with an amazing group of other mental health and child welfare professionals to ensure success of families and children

Qualifications
  • Must have a Master’s degree in Human Services field with related field experience. This includes the following degrees: Psychology, Master’s in Social Work, Master’s in Counseling, or Education with a concentration in Counseling.

  • Candidates who are fluent in Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, and other languages are encouraged to apply.

  • Must have at least one year of experience working with the Child Mental Health population.

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of children and their families
