Manpower is looking for an Inside Sales Support Administrator with a background in Manufacturing The job is located in Millbury, MA Monday - Friday 8-5pm PAYING $22.50 This assignment is for 4 months but go permanent for the right candidate TO BE CONSIDERED SAP OR MRP EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED Job Description The Inside Sales Representative provides both technical support and pricing information to the distributors/customers. also assists the Inside Sales Manager in maintaining a paper flow and file system that allows instant access to records and current activity. * Prepares and submits daily quotes and orders * Maintains accurate records of daily quotation activity and orders received * Expedite sales orders * Communicating status of order to Customer * Perform other duties as required * Ability to stand/walk or sit for up to 8 hours. * Must work under fluorescent lighting and with a PC screen. * Ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines. * Ability to effectively communicate to Customers on a daily basis * Strong organizational skills and ability EDUCATION: College Degree preferred EXPERIENCE: 3 - 5 Years previous sales experience in manufacturing environment. Valve manufacturing experience preferred but not required. SAP MRP experience is strongly preferred. MS Office knowledge required.
