Cad Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Job description

• They provide engineering and architecture services for mainly the residential industry and do some (limited) commercial work. They work with the large Central Florida Home builders.
  They are looking to add a cad drafter that is very proficient in Autocad to work in their architectural production team. They will be using a propitiatory software that LBB designed (Black Point). It is a software very similar to cad, so candidates that have a great working knowledge of autocad work very well.

• M-F 7-4 or 8-5
• Business Casual
• Family Oriented
• Office Focused on 24 hour resolution to customers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AutoCAD
• 1/2+ years of REVIT
• Drafting and design experience
• Residential Drafting (Architectural) is required for the position.
• Associates of BS in Arch Discipline preferred but not required

Performance Expectations

• Will be involved in cradle to the grave projects.
• High Volume production environment
• Will have multiple deadlines throughout the day
