About this job
To assist the professional and vocational nurses by performing various patient care activities and related non-professional services in caring for the personal and comfort needs of patients. Primarily 12 hour shifts. Rotating weekend, holiday and other shifts as needed to provide coverage. May be necessary to work on units other than the assigned unit to maintain staff coverage. During periods of low scheduling, may be encouraged to take vacation days or other days off. Reports to Charge Nurse, Clinical Supervisor, and/or Director Current Texas Nurse Aide Certification

Previous acute care preferred, will consider new certified aide
