No specific industry experience is required, although a qualified candidate would possess the following skillsets: Good work history, regardless of the industry, with Management references; Good interpersonal skills to effectively deliver customer service to clients; Ability to work independently, and manage a route Good written and verbal communication skills to explain the pest solutions to the customer; Good organizational skills and ability to follow established pest protocols to safely administer solutions, Ability to operate a hand held computer; Ability to inspect all physical areas of structures to diagnose pest issues; Ability to drive a company vehicle safely to places of business
