Opportunity Details:
Rapidly growing Logistics Company looking for a full-time customer service/data entry assistant.
We are looking for long term employees that are willing to learn and grow alongside the company.
Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year minimum clerical experience
Must be computer savvy and have the ability to type at least 65 WPM
Candidate must be available Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30 pm
Must be organized and have the ability to make deadlines
Must have proper phone etiquette and an overall ability to manage multiple phone lines
Great written and verbal communication skills
Must be detailed oriented
*Transportation experience is a plus
*Degree seeking preferred
**Bilingual preferred
**AS400 & Trinium experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Order entry: Scan and update documents
General administrative task
Update/Creation of new and existing spread sheets for logistics tracking purposes
Updating customer profiles through ongoing contact via email and phone calls.
