The Industrial Machine Mechanic:
Maintenance Technician experienced with working in a CNC Machine shop (equipment such as Haas, Makino, Hurco, Komo and includes Horizontal and Vertical Mills, Machining Centers, Punch Press, and related equipment). Candidate must have experience doing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on a variety of equipment found in a machine shop or manufacturing environment.
Keeps plant machinery and mechanical equipment in good repair
Responds in a timely manner to work orders and management requests
Examines a variety of machines to diagnose trouble and recommend repair
Dismantles machines, replaces defective parts, reassembles machines and makes necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operation
Follows all safety regulations and company policies regarding safety
Works around a wide variety of equipment, chemicals and machinery; must be aware of safety hazards at all times
Sets the highest ethical standards for self and others
Other duties as assigned
High School and four (4) years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic.
Must have or be able to obtain a Security Clearance.
Must be able to work weekends, and overtime as required.
