About this job
This challenging position supports the technology solutions in our Frito Lay field sites (Manufacturing Plants, Distribution Centers, Sales Offices, etc). This role is field-based and supports our field operations teams by working closely with BIS development, Engineering, and Support teams to drive and support the technologies that enable our business operations. As the Field Analyst for the region, this person will plan, manage, and deploy technology solutions for the region, and troubleshoot and resolve all technology issues that disrupt business operations. They will deliver division and region scorecards and status reports to FLNA and BIS leadership, and partner with Region Operations Manager, Region Performance Manager, and other operations managers throughout the region. The candidate will lead TSA with 3 direct reports and will be responsible for all North America deployments for Frito Lay.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Work Experience:
3+ years' experience supporting technology solutions in a large scale, distributed environment preferred.
ITIL and/or CMMI experience
