Role Description:
Intern Project Managers at Salesforce are passionate about Agile, communication, and group dynamics within the technical development team and across the company. This role assists and supports the team in delivering to maximize business value. This position will work to help drive increased agility, velocity, and predictability.
Your Impact:
Proactively assist in managing dependencies, issues, risks, and potential roadblocks to successfully meet organizational expectations and project goals
Work closely with the Project Manager, Product Manager and Development Manager to ensure maintenance of the product backlog, release plans, and roadmaps
Assist in the execution of the agile "basics" e.g. planning, demos, retrospectives, stand-ups, etc
Track and update burn-down metrics, velocity, and release schedules
Expedite discussions and manage relationships with other teams
Effectively communicate across all levels of leadership
Promote self-organization, autonomy, and ongoing improvement
Support Project Management team in creating and driving action plans to improve process health
Responsible for escalating issues/risks associated with project pipeline, capacity and/or scope creep
Minimum Requirements:
Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree
Interest in working as a Project Manager, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Project Manager, or Team
Lead in a fast paced, growing organization.
Experience using issue tracking tools to effectively manage project delivery (i.e. Jira)
Must show strong interest in the following competencies:

Positive approach to tasks and team member interactions
Enthusiastic, self-driven, organized planner with the ability to lead multiple efforts simultaneously
