The Release Management team is responsible for all internal communication, coordination, and tracking of software releases at Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Additionally, the team supports the administration and use of Jira (ticketing, planning tool) for all product teams.

You will work closely with the release management team members, configuration management, quality engineering leadership, and engineering development managers to document the Jira Software Development Lifecycle process. Candidate must possess exceptional communication, time management, and documentation skills. Experience with creation of enablement content and defining business process is a plus!

Job Requirements

One year completion of an undergraduate degree.

Experience in

Strong communication skills

Strong documentation skills

Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail

Knowledge of best practices for Project Management

Strong desire to achieve defined goals

Preferred Skills/Abilities : Experience with Project Management

Understanding of Agile development
