Position Title: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant REVISED: 11/2010

Category: Full-Time

Reports To: Management Team

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer all in-coming phone calls and direct as needed

Greets all collision customers.

Provides superior customer service to all visitors

Processes and routes all collision paperwork.

Maintains appointment log.

Orders and processes supplies.

Helps to fulfill customer requestitions.

Other Duties, As Required:

Maintains a professional appearance.

Keeps work area neat and clean.

Acts as support for the Collision team when necessary.

Arrives to work on time.

Follows supervisor instructions.

Interacts effectively with team members.

Understands and follows work rules and procedures.

Accepts coaching and guidance positively.

Experience Required:

Computer and administrative experience, a plus.

Other Requirements:

Attention to detail, organized, patience, positive attitude and excellent communication skills and professionalism a must.

Education Minimum Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent
