General Summary

This position is responsible for assisting and supporting the Distribution Center with high-level administrative support and assistance with special projects.

Responsibilities


1. Preparation, upkeep and distribution of daily, weekly and monthly DC reports
2. Compile data and reports and maintain paper and electronic records
3. Match invoices to purchase orders and prepare invoices for payment per directives
4. Compute and keep accurate records of payments and reimbursements
5. Upon receipt of checks determine expense account to credit and accurately record/log check distribution
6. Coordinate the purchasing of office and building supplies
7. Organize and submit GM expenses in timely manner
8. Arrange travel for DC associates as needed
9. Maintain confidentially of company and DC financial information at all times
10. Communicate effectively with all levels of the company and outside vendors
11. Follow company policies and procedures and maintain a safe work environment
12. Demonstrates high ethical standards when handling confidential information and files
13. Must be at work on a regular and predictable basis or as scheduled with flexibility of schedule

Education and Qualifications


1. Comprehensive knowledge of the English language, written and spoken. Must have the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the company and with various business contacts outside of the company in an articulate, professional manner.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks within required deadlines.
4. Working knowledge of PC software applications, including an advanced ability to utilize Windows-based programs Excel and Power Point.
5. Ability to anticipate and quickly react in a dynamic business environment.
6. Must be able to display a great deal of patience and decorum.
7. Must be able to work long hours with a high level of intensity when required.
