Responsibilities:
Shall be responsible for the installation, inspection, preventive maintenance, routine maintenance and minor repairs of, but not limited to, mechanical and electrical equipment, communication systems, nurse call systems, medical equipment, pneumatic tube system, buildings, plumbing, sanitary, medical gases, sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems and audiovisual equipment (televisions, VCRs, etc.).
Other information:
High school graduate or GED. Completion of trade school course or trade apprenticeship program is desirable but not mandatory. Minimum 5 years experience in industrial or commercial operations. Familiar with building maintenance techniques as applied to systems and equipment. Hospital experience desirable but not mandatory. Must have valid drivers license. Dept of Labor Level III (Medium) Work. Candidates must successfully complete a post-offer, pre-employment strength and agility test at Medium Level of Work.
