What we're looking for:

BHLDN is seeking a talented Service Associate , with a love for building customer connections, for our store in Washington, DC- Georgetown . We envision someone with a vibrant personality, an efficient nature, and natural warmth. Our ideal candidate will provide customers exceptional personal service, both in-store and (occasionally) via phone / email. A successful Sales Associate will support appointments and stylists, build customer relationships, and ensure product assortments are well-stocked and beautifully arranged. Assistance in the overall shop-keeping (aka beautifying) is required, too.

MUST HAVES:

A dedication to excellent customer service

Contribution to an engaging and warm retail and team dynamic

Ability to learn key systems

Awareness of BHLDN niche customer profile

A knack for building strong customer relationships

A collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit

Effective communication skills- both verbal and written

Bridal Expereince is preferred

A Day in the Life:

As Service Associate, you'll interact with our customers and help them find the BHLDN apparel, accessories, or dcor that makes them feel special. You'll work closely with the manager, stylists, and the rest of the team to meet or exceed our customer's needs and expectations. You'll help keep each person who walks into the store entranced and delighted by BHLDN.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

Maintain a warm, professional demeanor that upholds the BHLDN standards

Show a commitment to teamwork and goal attainments

Maintain a flexible, can-do attitude

Participate in fit and styling sessions to enhance product awareness

Be in-the-know of product and designer information

Support bridal and non-bridal customer appointments

Provide helpful customer experience feedback to managers for continued brand development

Drive client generation practices through consistent electronic and manual record retention and follow-up

Meet established customer service and sales goals

Assist in expected opening and closing procedures

Attend and contribute to mandatory store meetings and events

Participate in the cycle count procedure

Keep the shop floor looking lovely (aka: fully stocked, cleaned, and styled)
