Job Description

The successful replenishment buyer will contribute to the department/category’s goals to ensure that Restaurant Depot is offering the best price to our customers. Individual must be a detail oriented, team player who is able to work extra hours to complete projects or tasks. Individual must be experienced in supply chain management, procurement, acquiring product and improving processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Order products to meet forecasted demand
• Effectively demonstrate ability to coordinate successfully with all departments in support of the
• Work closely with inbound logistics to ensure most economical freight costs
• Responsible for overall Fill Rate within assigned categories
• Ability to forecast for change impacting dairy and frozen products that will effect pricing/inventory
• Work daily with vendors and brokers in accepting price information or delivering sales orders
