As a TeleTech Outbound Sales Account Representative, you will sell Dell solutions to businesses across the country and provide ongoing strategic account management, relationship development and assistance to customers. As an Outbound Sales Account Representative, your focus is to drive sustained sales as well as proactively finding new selling opportunities for additional products and services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

You will use the provided database to call new leads along with inbound inquiries from the phone. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be evaluated on your ability to meet sales quotas and revenue targets, as well as prospecting and developing accounts.

You will be tasked with delivering revenue for their assigned leads, initiating weekly contact with your potential clients via telephone and e-mail and introducing these clients to the best products and services from an industry leading company.

All contacts with potential clients will be documented; standard sales proposals and contracts will be sent to the client; signed contracts will be sent to business team responsible for fulfillment.

Your job performance will be measured through a variety of related sales metrics. The quality and method of your work should be completed in accordance with the company's core values.

Other related duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

•Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience (Non-retail unless manager or commission-based) or 1 year of outbound business to business sales

•Previous technical/hardware sales highly preferred

•Ability to identify new business opportunities

•Ability to sell to business executives

•Ability to work well under pressure in a high stress environment

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Strong attention to details

•Must be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and the Web

•Knowledge of other Microsoft Products preferred

•Must be able to work well with limited supervision

•Must be able to work with all levels to include Inside Sales Account Managers, Customers and Executives

•Must be able to effectively use independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload
