HR Coordinator - Frederick, MD This human resources professional will support the company's strategic objectives by delivering conscientious HR services across the organization to all levels. This position will serve as a key utility player for the entire HR department. In this HR Coordinator role, your previous three years of experience providing support to the HR team will help you drive success while working in a team environment. Having previous knowledge and working experience in providing support through administrative tasks, employment and employee maintenance, human resources records, payroll and benefits administration, organization development and training, reporting and assisting with activity planning are very important. Maintaining confidentiality at all times is critical. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related field. * Strong MS Office and HRIS experience, ADP and EPICOR are preferred. * Able to adapt, be dependable and have strong problem-solving skills. * Professional, motivated, flexible and organized with a willingness to learn new tasks Competitive salary with benefits and 401K package.
