Customer Service Sales Associate - Full-time / Part-time

Description of the position:

Function in multiple roles that support the performance of the salon experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Creating a FUN & friendly environment with exceptional customer service.
• Selling services and products. Helping the customer find the best selections for their needs. 
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and comfortable facility to ensure the satisfaction of every customer.
• Learning the salon software program with basic computer/keyboard skills.
• Making change and handling simple calculations.
• Following company policies.

Minimum requirements:

• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or move about the salon for long periods of time.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and reasonable arm/shoulder flexibility & strength.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Sales experience is helpful, but not required.
