We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Service Representative, to work out of our Sunnyvale office, to inspect and ensure that all apartment units meet Oakwood's quality standards.

**This position drives company vehicles - MUST have a valid driver's license and clean driving record to qualify**
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter and update apartment status information into several systems
- Inspect apartments prior to move-in and after housekeeping services, using a checklist on an electronic device
- Perform pre move-out inspections.
- Coordinate keys, gate cards and remotes for all housekeeping units.
- Complete service requests as needed.
- Assist in training new Associates.
- Enter apartment status information into a system.
- Perform clerical duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic Computer Skills to include Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) products and basic internet skills
- Prior experience working with proprietary database or tracking systems is strongly preferred.
- Clear verbal communication skills in English are required.
- 3-5 years experience in cleaning or housekeeping at an apartment, hotel or similar environment.
- 1-2 years as a lead or direct experience scheduling housekeeping associates.
- Experience in a customer service-related field would also be helpful.
