Job Description

The Siemens Medical Solutions (SMS) Clinical Education Organization has overall responsibility for providing the on-site technical training for Siemens CT systems at our customer's medical facilities.

In this role you will ensure that the Clinical Education training on CT systems and components is facilitated to provide expert technical training, deliver customer excellence, and represent Siemens Medical Solutions and Clinical Education with professionalism and a focus on delivering a positive customer experience. The candidate will work with the CT Modality team, the CT Education Business Manager, Education and Service Management, and the CT Modality Sales and Service team to promote positive customer relationships as well as participate and promote internal team integration and networking resulting in a sharing of knowledge and expertise.

Responsibilities:

To effectively educate customers to operate Siemens equipment proficiently and safely, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Prepare and gather necessary documentation for end user training at customer site.

Conduct educational sessions at the customer site to educate customers on how to use modality specific Siemens equipment.

Complete regulatory and core process documents in a timely fashion.

Support tradeshows as demo specialist.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in CT

Must be ARRT Certified in CT

Teaching experience preferred

Siemens experience highly preferred

Experience in advanced Neuro and Cardiac imaging preferred

Experience in pediatric imaging a plus

Ability to travel extensively, up to 95% is required (nationwide)

Valid driver's license and good driving record is required
