About this job
The Sales Financial Associate Analyst will be the key finance contact and owner of PepsiCo's North America Beverages market share forecast. This person will lead the weekly share forecast process, assessing the beverage retail sales competitive environment and driving key channel and category insights across the organization. The Sales Finance Associate Analyst will provide overall support for weekly and period end results, preparation of forecasts, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Business Plans (SBP), along with financial analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities include:
Reporting and analysis including weekly and periodic share reporting and forecasting and deck preparation
Supporting strategic plan and AOP development, including deck analysis and deck preparation
Assisting a broad range of senior leaders in forecasting and analysis
Provide ad-hoc projects and analysis as requested
Work with cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred)
Work Experience:
1-2 years of finance analyst experience
Skills & Capabilities:
Experience with forecasting and budgeting, financial modeling
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
Ability to function well in a team environment
Strong communication skills to manage information gathering requests
Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
Aptitude to work with minimal supervision
