Will assist the Resort Manager and the Director of Food and Beverage.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ASSISTING THE RESORT MANAGER:
1. Help set up interviews for Operations and Guest Contact departments.
2. Book and schedule various appointments
3. Prepare proper paperwork for discipline, hiring, changes and terminations for personnel.
4. Faxing, copies, etc.
5. Filing and ordering office supplies for the department.
6. Help to resolve problems that arrive with personnel.
ASSISTING OPERATIONS:
1. Help set up interviews for operation outlets.
2. Book and schedule various appointments
3. Run reports: Monthly / Quarterly / Year to Date
4. Maintain filing
5. Act as a Liaison between wine vendors/ entertainment vendors and FB Director
6. Coordinate Operations Meetings / Create Meeting Agendas
7. Assisting with annual Strategic Planning and Budget (administratively)

Job Requirements
One year administrative/office experience preferred.
Previous and/or Hotel experience preferred.
Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office computer applications
Must be able to move/lift up to 20 pounds
Must be able to type up to 40 WMP
