We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Forklift.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Columbus,Ohio Company seeks experienced Cherry Picker Forklift Operators.
Duties include:
Ability to go to a location in the warehouse and pick, pull, put away, or replenish product using a cherry picker.
Inspect product load for accuracy, safely move it around the warehouse and ensure timely, complete delivery.
Position lifting devices under, over or around loaded pallets, skids, and boxes, and secure material or products for transport to designated areas.
Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices or other transport vehicles.
Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move it around the warehouse or facility to ensure timely and complete delivery.
Weigh materials or products and record weight or other production data on tags or labels.
Meet production standards and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
2+ years experience using a cherry picker in a busy warehouse.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to watch gauges, dials or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
Excellent time management & problem solving skills.
Exhibit the daily commitment to quality and productivity.
Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety and security.
Flexibly adapt to changes in process and procedures.
