Sodexo is looking for an experienced healthcare Facilities Operations Manager for our account at Hallmark Health System. Hallmark is the premier, charitable provider of vital health services to Boston's northern communities and is the official healthcare partner of the Boston Bruins. The system includes Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford; Melrose Wakefield Hospital, Melrose; Hallmark Health Cancer Center, Stoneham; The CHEM Center for MRI, Stoneham; The CHEM Center for Radiation Oncology, Stoneham; Hallmark Health Medical Center, Reading; Hallmark Health VNA and Hospice; Lawrence Memorial/Regis College Nursing and Radiography Programs, Medford and Hallmark Health Medical Associates, Inc. Hallmark Health is affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital for cardiology and Tufts Medical Center for neonatology

In this position, the candidate will serve as the Facilities Operations Manager responsible for leading and executing exceptional customer service, superior service delivery, project management, and regulatory compliance, as well as other day-to-day Plant Operations and Maintenance activities for the Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford campus of Hallmark Health System.

Facilities management experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

CHFM designation is preferred.

Position Summary

Number two position at the account with responsibility for all operations. Assumes GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Supervises managers. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services

Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
