Responsibilities: Prepare our hand cut salads, fresh from scratch sides, and meats for a juicy kabob by accurately following recipes to serve a consistent meal.

Continually keep a clean and organized kitchen including washing necessary equipment and cookware.

Organization and unloading of inventory.

Always follow food safety, handling and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications: Have 1+ years Restaurant Experience Be able anticipate the daily rush(s) and keep up with demand Must have the ability to learn quickly and the ability to work as part of a team Lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis Minimum 1-2 years in restaurants. Looking to grow with a new company ServSafe certification require prior to start
