Harris Teeter is hiring Assistant Customer Service Manager Trainees for multiple locations in the Durham/Chapel Hill, NC area!

As an Assistant Department Manager, you will assist as a point person to both our valued customers and our employees, making sure that everyone’s needs and requirements are met.

You must be able to demonstrate:

  • Prior retail customer service management experience of 1+ years
  • Knowledge of cash handling
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, communication, multi-tasking, and supervisory skills
  • Ability to foster a positive work environment
  • Open availability for shifts between 5am-12am
  • Have managed up to 60+ people
