SPA SALES MANAGER - Massage Envy Spa

*****************************************************************************
Bring your high energy and experience to help build membership for Massage Envy Spa.

Ideal candidate will be a "mover and shaker" who thinks outside of the box to promote clinic growth. Experience in management, hiring, training, scheduling and monitoring sales staff performance goals preferred.

Report direct to SPA Director and General Manager/Owner.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Orchestrate training for existing sales staff and new hires.
2. Work with Sales Associates/Estheticians on product sales growth, product focus and inventory to maximize profitability.
3. Grow clinic membership percentages as defined by Management goals.
4. Steady increase in Membership required for success in this position.
5. Implementing new policies and procedures per corporate changes.
6. Facilitating audits, role playing and scripting with regards to appropriate phone etiquette including Massage Wellness Plan scripting is being followed and executed properly.
7. Marketing and promotions including contests and inspiration for increased sales for employees and to inspire retention and bringing back clientele to the spa.

Other Responsibilities:
* Opening/Closing the clinic, following open/close checklist and training for new hires.
* Quality Control: Walk through clinic noting cleaning and maintenance issues and communicating and resolution of these issues in conjunction with Management. Take notice of the feel, odor and look/atmosphere of the SPA and be proactive in correcting issues in a timely fashion.
* Member Retention: Working with clients who have massage hours accumulated and getting them back in clinic. Resolving member concerns in conjunction with Spa Director.

Qualifications:
+ Must have prior retail sales background and success experience.
+ Spa/Gym or Massage Envy Spa experience with Membership Sales/Retention a plus
+ Ideal candidate will be self-motivating and pro-active and must be success and results driving with minimal supervision.

$$ Compensation is based on experience & will include a based hourly pay plus clinic bonus/Commission
