OVERVIEW:
Define, develop, analyze and maintain list of requirements and capabilities for a new digital asset management system within Global Brand Marketing. Lead the effort to catalog, organize, document, and manage the requirements for digital asset management system, working directly with leadership on requirements and prioritization of capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business System Analysis [65%]
Development and maintain story reference documentation for configuration and use of the tools for business users
Create wireframes based on business stories as needed to accommodate identified workflows
Manage business requirements
Actively seek feedback from business team members to enforce accuracy in requirements and stories
Provide guidance and direction on best practices for asset management solutions for brand marketing
Works with business team to translate business workflows, data, messaging, and business rules into user interface requirements using both visual (storyboards, wireframes, etc.) and written specifications (defining detailed user flows, functionality and data mapping in messages); determines and produces just-enough documentation for the design being delivered

Design/ UI/ UX [15%]
Build Business Stories (Keynote, OmniGraffle, etc) to effectively communicate concepts and application design
Applies detailed knowledge of design principles and user needs to ensure that user interfaces are of high quality, usable and intuitive, perform well and are consistent with other product lines
Works cross-functionally to ensure UI design guidelines and best practices are followed and the design and performance can be achieved despite the technical constraints associated with applications requiring interactions around large amounts of data

Project Management [15%]
Work with Project Manager to accurately plan the story creation/review/approval process
Know the landscape of tools, divestiture plans, and priorities and align these with tool lifecycle planning
Assist with defining priorities for the rollout of features and changes to tools used by Global Brand Marketing
Conducts walkthroughs, demos and functionality feedback sessions with project team

Transition and Technology Ops Support [5%]
Assist with transition and migration planning
