Maintenance Helpers and Utility Engineers work to ensure the general maintenance and repair of IHR properties. Requirements include: knowledge of maintenance trades, basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry; basic mechanical aptitude for operation and repair of hotel equipment and related tools; basic English language communication and math skills; moving heavy equipment; and working at heights up to 30 feet.New hotel looking for part-time Engineer for 4 days a week.
