Experienced Female CAREGiver(s) wanted - Home Instead Senior Care of Edina is looking for an individual to provide care for female clients in their home. If you have the passion and commitment to care for the elderly, have good work ethic and want to be within the Edina, Richfield, Bloomington, Eden Prairie and South Mpls areas, we encourage you to apply!

* Sunday thru Saturday variety of shifts available (shifts time vary between 2 hours and 12 hours)

Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

CAREGiver Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Incidental Transportation
- Assistance with grooming and bathing
- Assistance with toileting and incontinence needs
- Assistance with ambulation needs
- Experience with Muscular Dystrophy
- Experience with Parkinson Disease
- Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer’s Care
*Personal or Professional experience necessary - skills training provided by Home Instead Senior Care*
Requirements to be a CAREGiver: - Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
- Hold valid MN driver’s license, have own vehicle with valid auto insurance
- Possess fluent English language skills
- Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 80 lbs. infrequently
