Sales Integrity Specialist - Full-time

Sales Integrity Specialists are responsible for ensuring that Inside Sales Associates are abiding by the Company’s integrity and ethics standards to provide a quality customer experience while providing motivational feedback to associates.

A successful Quality Assurance Specialist will have the following:

• Above average competence in call requirements and sustained quality on the phones.
• Strong analytical and decision making abilities.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent Two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Responsible for providing accurate, consistent, fair, and objective evaluations of Inside Sales Associates’ performance.
• Acts in a supporting role, consistently providing motivational feedback to improve the attributes that enable Inside Sales Associates to exceed customer expectations.
• Audit and accurately report all data to outline service strengths and weaknesses.
• Monitor content and quality of calls for the purpose of providing feedback to the Sales group and to measure the customer service experience provided within the center.
• Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of integrity guidelines and setting of related policies and procedures in an effort to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, consistent, and fair feedback.
• Audit and compile data to develop reports that outline service strengths and weaknesses.
• Collectively work with management to communicate quality of work measurements and recommend improvements.
• Identify National Sales Center attributes and developmental needs for Inside Sales Associates.
• Maintain database to track results of monitoring campaigns.
